If the property to be tested is listed by a broker for sale in the State of Maine, Radon Testing must be done by a State Registered Radon Provider. We can schedule testing for home buyers or sellers. The evaluation includes the setting of three test devices in accordance with Federal EPA guidelines, analysis and a written report. Our Radon Professionals can help guide you in your decision-making process.
